Thoughts and Suggestions on Applicability Assessment of Environmental Monitoring Analytical Method Standards in China

This paper summarized the applicability development process of China''s eco-environmental monitoring analytical method standards with the eco-environmental quality standards,eco-environmental risk control standards and pollutant emission standards,and studied the management and technical methods of the Alternate Test Procedures in the United States and the equivalence verification of environmental monitoring analysis methods in the European Union.On this basis,this paper analyzed the requirements of the applicability assessment of environmental monitoring analytical method standards in China and the reference contents of related management and technical system in other countries or regions.Finally,the paper put forward some suggestions on the applicability assessment of China''s environmental monitoring analytical method standards from the aspects of clarifying the content of the applicability assessment,establishing the relevant technical method system and working mechanism,which would promote the improvement of China''s environmental standard system in the aspect of scientificity and applicability.
