摘    要:建立了毛细管柱气相色谱-微池电子捕获检测器测定水中苦味酸的方法。水样中的苦味酸经次氯酸钠氯化衍生后,经正己烷提取后进行气相色谱分析。考察了萃取溶剂和次氯酸钠加入量对萃取的影响。在优化萃取条件下,苦味酸在25~500μg/L范围内有良好的线性关系。在低、中、高三个添加水平,苦味酸的回收率为83.0%~91.74%,相对标准偏差为1.79%~3.82%。

Abstract:A method for the analysis of picric acid in water was developed by GC/μ-ECD. Picric acid in the water was derivatized through javel , then extracted with n-Hexane and determined by GC.The influence of extraction parameters including extraction solven and the quantity of javel added to the water was investigated. The calibration curve of picric acid at the concentration range 25~500μg/L was linear by the proposed method. The average recoveries at three levels ranged from 83.0% to 91.74%, and the relative standard derivations were in the range of 1.79 %~3.82 %.
