微波消解-火焰原子吸收光谱法测定土壤中的锶

摘    要:建立了微波消解-火焰原子吸收光谱法测定土壤中锶的方法.用微波消解土壤、电热板加热赶酸的方法对土壤样品进行前处理,优化了微波消解条件.检出限为3.0 mg/kg,加标回收率为84.7% ~ 107%,相对标准偏差均小于5%.方法快速、简便、准确度高、线性范围宽.

Abstract:The method for the determination of strontium in soil by microwave digestion-flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry was developed. The sample was pretreated by microwave oven with the optimized digestion parameters, and heated on electric cooker to drive away acid. The detection limit was 3.0 mg/kg, the recovery was in the range of 84.7%-107% and the relative standard deviation was less than 5%. The method is rapid, simple, and accurate with wide linear range.
