| 摘 要： | 比较了浮游植物叶绿素a测定方法中的丙酮萃取法和热乙醇萃取法.结果表明,应用反复冻融植物细胞的丙酮萃取法对地表水中浮游植物叶绿素a的萃取率显著高于其他方法,且重复测定的精密度较高.

| Abstract: | Chlorophyll a is the principal pigment in plants. As a biomass indicator of aquatic micro-algae,it is probably the most frequently measured biochemical parameter in freshwater.Whatever the method used for the determination of algal pigments,the measure itself relies on their spectroscopic characteristics: light absorption or fluorescence.In discrete samples,photosynthetic pigments can be measured either by the traditional non-separative spectroscopic methods or after chromatographic separation,using HPLC.Th... |
