| 摘 要： | 对酸性蓝分光光度法测定氯化十二烷基二甲基苄基铵(DDMBAC)进行了改进研究,探讨了分析过程中的影响因素和优化条件,应用统计学原理确定了该方法在实验室内的误差结构、精密度、准确度、线性范围,并建立了空白值的质量控制图。

| Abstract: | Spectrophotometric method using acid blue 1~# was modified to determine Dodecyldimethylbenzylammonium chloride(DDMBAC).Influence factors and optimized conditions of the method were experimented.The error structure,precision,accuracy,and linear range of the method were also investigated with statistical analysis,and the quality control for blank was established. |
