Consideration of the Processes of the Development for the Environmental Monitoring and Control

This paper describes the history,applications and meaning of the environment monitoring and control,discusses the problem of information isolated island during its constructions,advocates the standardization for the comprehensive share information involving the Multi-transactions of environment protection,emphasizes that construction is fundamental,application is top key important,and maintenance & management is guarantee,none of them could be ignored.In the final,this paper gives the evidence that environmental monitoring and control can help the environmental managers think figuratively,explore their thinking and their field of vision,and find and solve new problems.
