| 摘 要： | 标准曲线绘制时,各浓度点都要取过滤液2.0ml,此操作繁琐、费时。现改成取过滤液5.0ml,用10ml比色管进行分析,得到操作简便和省时的效果。另外,对调pH值方法、显色反应水温的操作也作了改进。

| Abstract: | When the standard curve is drawn,click fetching and filtering liquid 2ml in every density,it is great numbers that this is operated time-consuming.Improve and fetch and filter liquid 5ml now,is in charge of analyzing,get the easy and simple to handle result saving more time than the color with 10ml.In addition exchange jobs hydrogen ion index method is it react operation of the temperature improve to develop the color. |
