| Abstract: | The average concentration of pollution still had more important use in the transitioned stage of prevention and control pollution from concentration control into total emission control. This article elaborated the technology requirements of monitoring period, monitoring frequency and calculation methods of average day concentration, and some countermeasures were put forward with the total emission monitoring. |
