石家庄市农村饮用水中氟化物健康风险评估

摘    要:利用中国疾病预防控制信息系统农村饮用水水质监测数据,对2010年18个项目县的水质监测结果进行分析,评估石家庄市农村饮用水氟化物对人群危害的风险。 石家庄市农村饮用水中氟化物浓度为0.01~0.98 mg/L,平原县和山区县饮用水氟化物浓度差异无显著性(t=-1.403,P>0.05),只有72份氟化物浓度超过0.5 mg/L,占9.7%。石家庄市农村患龋齿风险性较大,及时增加氟的摄入量非常必要。

Abstract:To analyze the health risk for fluoride in drinking water in the rural areas of shijia zhuang city,Using the data of the rural drinking water quality in china information system for diseases control and prevention,the monitoring data of water quality of 18 counties were analyzed in 2010. The concentration of fluoride in drinking water in the rural areas of shijia zhuang city was from 0.01mg/Lto 0.95mg/L.There was no significant difference between the concentration of fluoride in the plain counties and the one in montain counties(t=-1.403,P>0.05).The concentration of fluoride was above 0.5 mg/L only in the 72 water samples. The risk of dental caries was high in the rural areas of shijia zhuang city. It is very necessary to Increase intakes of fluoride.
