差压式BOD5测定法的评价研究

摘    要:对BOD5的测压法测定进行了评价,探讨了该法对接种量的特殊要求;比较了含毒物水样不同稀释比BOD5测定的区别,从而验证了该测定法可用以表征毒性物质对微生物活性的影响程度.通过模拟含毒印染废水活性污泥的处理,指出其不同稀释比BOD5值可作为该处理法的设计和运行管理的重要参数.

Abstract:The BOD_5'S pressure determination is evaluated in our study, and the especially conditions of the inoculate values are discussed in this way. Comparing the differences of BOD_5 determined values by diluting the sample water which contains the poison in different proportion ,we verify that the determination principle can be used to manifest the influential degree of microbial activity affected by poisionous materials.And according to simulating the way that the active mud deals with the poisonous waste water drained away by printings and dyes industries ,the paper points out that by the different proportion of dilution ,the values of BOD_(5 )can be used as an important parameter of both the design of the dealing and the operation and management.
