| 摘 要： | 使用硫酸_高氯酸在微波消解系统消解 ,以钼锑抗比色法测定底质中的总磷 ,通过实验确定最佳消解及分析条件。结果表明 ,该方法快速简便并有较高准确度、精密度和较低的检测限 ,值得推广和应用。

| Abstract: | Microwave digestion system was applied to digest soil smnples with sulfuric acid and perchloric acid as digestion reagents. Determining total phosphorous in digested samples by molybdenum blue colorimetry. The best condition of digesting and analyzing were confirmed by experiment. The results show that the proposed method applied complete decomposition and be accurate,fast,simple. And the detection limit is low. It is worthy being generalized and application. |
