摘    要:通过对基层环境统计部门工业源产排污系数实际应用调研,结合当前环境保护重点工作和相关资料查阅等,分析了工业污染源产排污系数存在的主要问题:部分工业源产排污系数缺失,部分工业源产排污系数与实际偏差较大等。针对存在的主要问题提出了有优先顺序的修订建议,以期对第二次全国污染源普查工作提供有益参考。

Abstract:Based on the practical application research on pollutant production and emission coefficients of industrial sources using by the primary environmental statistics department, combined with the current environmental protection key tasks and review of relevant literature, the main problems of pollutant production and emission coefficient from industrial pollution source were analyzed in this paper. The results showed that parts of the coefficients are deficiency, and parts of the coefficients have big deviation from the actual. And then prioritized revising suggestions for the existing problems were put forward, so as to provide reference for carrying out the second national census of pollution sources.
