摘    要:采用C18柱对水环境样品进行固相萃(SPE),用GC-ECD测定的方法检测水中的氯酚类物质,方法的检出限可低至ng/L数量级,三种氯酚的回收率约为80%,方法操作简便,试剂消耗少,灵敏度高,重现性良好,适于水环境中氯酚类的监测.

Abstract:It may get a lower MD.L at ng/L to extract chlorophenols from water through a column paked C_(18)and to detect them with GC-ECD,by which the respective recover ratio of 2,4-dichlorophenol,2,4,6-trichlorophenol and pentachlorophenol is 76.3%,73.2% and 88.7%.Besides handy-operation,lower-consumption and high-sensitivity leads the method to be fit for chlorophenols monitoring in water.
