水环境质量预报预警大数据平台研究

摘    要:构建基于水环境模型的水质预报预警大数据平台是一项复杂的系统工程,主要面临模型的规模计算及其引发的模拟结果规模存储、规模分析的挑战。相关挑战极大地限制了水环境质量预报预警业务的深入开展,但目前国内外关于此方面的研究极少。为此,提出了水环境质量预报预警大数据平台框架。该框架以水环境模型体系为基础,以大数据集群计算体系为核心,通过水环境模型融合大数据技术,以实现水环境质量预报预警应用服务为目标,旨在解决预报预警业务自动化和自定义化问题。框架明确了水环境质量预报预警大数据平台的组成及建设流程,并以实际项目为案例,介绍了实现框架的技术方案并证明了其可行性。研究成果可为重新审视复杂水环境模型与大数据技术的关系提供新的见解,也可为基于大数据技术的水环境质量预报预警平台的构建提供思路和参考。

Abstract:The development of water environment quality forecast and early warning big data platform based on water environment model is a complex system engineering,which mainly faces the challenges of large-scale model calculation,storage and analysis of simulation results. Such challenges greatly hinder the in-depth development of water environment quality forecast and early warning services,and pertinent study is rare. This paper proposes a framework of water environment quality forecast and early warning big data platform. The framework is based on the water environment model system,which uses the cluster calculation system as the core. Through coupling big data technology and the water environment model,the framework aims to solve the problem of automation and customization of forecast and early warning operations. The framework clarified the process of development of a big data platform for water environment quality forecast and early warning. Taking the actual project as a case,the technical scheme of the framework implementation is introduced and its feasibility is demonstrated. The research results could provide new insights for reviewing the relationship between complex water environment models and big data technology,and provide guides and references for development of water environment quality forecast and early warning platform based on big data technology.
