摘    要:本文采用鲢鱼、鲫鱼、鲤鱼、金鱼、鳊鱼、草鱼、鳙鱼和罗非鱼等八种淡水鱼类为试验生物,研究了丙烯腈、乙腈、硫氰酸钠和二甲基甲酰胺等四种污染物对这八种鱼类的急性毒性效应和不同鱼类的敏感性。试验结果表明,丙烯腈、乙腈、硫氰酸钠和二甲基甲酰胺对八种鱼的96hLC50值分别为561964mg/L,34546346mg/L,10406782mg/L,655116194mg/L,八种鱼类对这些污染物的敏感性基本接近,常用的生物监测试验用鱼(链鱼和鲤鱼)可以较好地代表我国主要的淡水鱼类

Abstract:This paper studied the acute toxicity of four pollutants on eight freshwater fish and the sensitivities of the eight fish.The four pollutants were acrylonitrile,acetonitrile,NaSCN and dimethyl formadia.The eight fish included Cyprinus carpio,Carassius auratus gibelio,Aristichthys nobills,Parabramis pekinensis,Ctenopharyngodon idellus,Hypophthalmichthys molitrix and Tilapia mossambica.The results indicated that the 96hr LC 50 of the four pollutants on eight fish were from 5 6 to 19 6 mg/L for acrylonitrile,from 3454 to 6346 mg/L for acetonitrile,from 104 0 to 678 2 mg/L for NaSCN and from 6551 to 16194 mg/L for dimethyl formadia.The sensitivity of the eight fish was almost the same.The test fish frequently used in China,such as Cyprinus carpio and Hypophthalmichthys molitrix,would properly represent the main fish in China.
