摘    要:总结了近期我国环境污染事故的新特点,从应急监测技术路线、技术方法2个方面分析我国环境应急监测技术支撑体系的现状,对当前应急监测仪器装备现状进行深入调研,提出应急监测技术支撑体系和应急监测仪器装备及技术方面存在的问题及建议。

Abstract:Summarized the new characteristics of the environmental pollution accidents. Analyzed the current situation of the environmental emergency monitoring system from technological process. By further investigating the present environmental monitoring equipment, put forward the technological disadvantages and suggestions on the equipments of environmental monitoring system.
