摘    要:合成了新试剂4-(H-酸偶氮)1-苯基-3-甲基吡唑酮(HPMP),研究了其和铜的显色反应。在pH=7的NH4Ac缓冲介质中,CTMAB存在下,HPMP与Cu(Ⅱ)生成2∶1紫色络合物,λmax=580nm,ε=5.68×104L·mol-1·cm-1。铜含量在0~0.6mg/L内符合比耳定律。方法用于水样和生物样品中铜的测定,结果令人满意。

Abstract:4-(H-acidazo)1-Phenyl-3-methylpyazolone(HPMP) was synthesized and identified,and the color reaction of HPMP with copper was studied.In PH=7 NH\-4AC buffer solution and CTMAB medium,HPMP can reacts with Cu() to form a violet 2:1 complex.The molar absorptivity is 5.6810\+4Lmol\+\{-1\}cm\+\{-1\} at 580nm.Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0-0.6 mg/L.This method has been applied to the determination of copper in water and food with satisfactory results.\=
