| Abstract: | The third - party environmental monitoring organization suffers from many problems such as personnel structure, e- quipment configuration, laboratory, quality control management, the ability and level of analysis, analytical method, supervi- sion and evaluation . Through analysis these problems, the suggestions and ideas on the ability construction of third - party en- vironmental monitoring of Zhejiang Province were put forward. |
