摘    要:建立了荧光分光光度法测定土壤中石油类。方法检出限为3 mg/kg,实际土壤加标回收率为95.5%~108%,精密度(RSD,n=6)为2.4%~8.7%。实验结果表明,该方法准确可靠、灵敏度高、选择性好、操作简便,与红外分光光度法有较好的可比性,满足土壤中石油类分析要求。

Abstract:A method was developed for detection of petroleum oils in soils by Fluorescence spectrophotometry.The detection limits of the method for soils were 3 mg/kg.The recovery rates were beteween 95.5%and 108%with precision of 2.4%~8.7%RSD(n=6).The results show that the method is sensitive,accurate,highly selective,simple.It has good comparability with infrared spectrophotometry and suitable for the determination of petroleum oils in soils.
