南疆棉田土壤中邻苯二甲酸酯(PAEs)的测定

摘    要:采用超声萃取和柱分离技术,利用气相色谱法,对棉田环境激素类污染物质邻苯二甲酸酯进行了表层土壤(0~20 cm)分布测定.结果表明,棉田土壤中DMP、DEP、DIBP、DBP、DAP、DEHP 6种环境激素类污染物均被检出,土壤中PAEs的总含量为1 532.987 mg/kg,其中DEHP的含量最高,DIBP、DBP次...

Abstract:PAEs were main plasticizers that could be accumulated in soil and environmental potential hazar.Surface soil typical samples(0~20 cm) from soils of cotton fields were collected,and the concentrations of 6 PAEs were determined by gas chromatography.The reserch was a foundation to study distribution in soil and its origin,transformation,migration and digestive.Using ultrasonic extraction method for samples separation.The result showed that DMP DEP,DIBP,DBP,DAP,and DEHP was detected in the soil of cotton field.Six species of environmental pollutants in soil of cotton hormone levels of PAEs 1 532.987 mg/kg,DEHP's content was much higher than the other kinds of PAEs.The testing results of 6 kinds of PAEs congcentrations in cotton soils exceeded the PAEs standard set for USA soils except DMP and DEP.
