摘    要:对研磨法和超声法测定浮游植物中的叶绿素a进行了比较。结果表明,超声法对浮游植物叶绿素a的萃取效率优于研磨法,人为误差小,精密度较高,且简便安全,适宜推广应用。

Abstract:The comparative study of grinding-extraction and supersonic extraction on the determination of Chlorophyll-a was conducted.It was found that compared to the standard grinding method,the supersonic extraction method has the improvements on small artificial error,high precision,operational simplicity and safety.
