摘    要:采用直接进样一超高效液相色谱-三重四级杆串联质谱法,建立了对地表水中丙烯酰胺的分析方法。该方法不需要衍生化等前处理步骤。结果表明,丙烯酰胺含量在0.100~10.0μg/L范围内具有很好的线性相关性,实际水样加标回收率为80.0%-105%。该方法的检出限和测定下限分别为0.025μg/L和0.100μg/L,能够满足地表水环境质量标准中关于饮用水中丙烯酰胺最高安全浓度指南的要求,提高了引用水源丙烯酰胺的检测要求。

Abstract:An analytical method based on ultra high performance liquid chromatography - triple quadropole mass spectrometry (UPLC/MS/MS) was development for directly determination the concentration of acrylamide in surface water. The analysis was carried out without pretreatment such as derivatization, etc. The result shown that aerylamide presented good linear corre-lation between 0. 100 ×10. 0 μg/L, and the recoveries were 80.0% - 105% for add acrylamide into real surface water sam-ples. The limit of detection (LOD) and the limit of quantification (LOQ) in this method were 0. 025 μg/L and O. 100 μg/L, respectively, which meets the requirements of surface water environmental quality standards for the maximum safe level con-centration of acrylamide, and also improves the detection requirements of aerylamide.
