乌鲁木齐市冬季大气污染特征及区域集中供热的环境效益浅析

乌鲁木齐市区冬季大气污染严重，属煤烟型污染，究其原因主要有三点：市区处在三面环山的谷地之中，冬季不利于污染物扩散的气象条件；采期煤耗的增加，在大气污染物总排放量明显高于其它季节，而改善市区大气环境质量的有效途径之一就是实现区域集中供热。本文针对乌鲁木齐市幸福路区域集中供热站拟扩建的３台２９ＭＷ热水锅炉，说明区域集中供热对减少污染物排放量，改善大气环境质量有明显的作用。

DISCUSSION ON ATMOSPHERIC POLLUTION CHARACTER OF URUMQI IN WINTER AND ENVIRONMENTAL BENEFIT OF REGIONAL CENTRAL HEATING

The atmospheric polltion,a kind of coal smoke Pollution of Urumqi in winter is serious chiefly resulting from three aspects:the urban area is situated in a valley surrounded by mountains in three directions;the meteorological conditions in winter is not beneficial to pollutant diffusion;the total amount of atmospheric pollutant emission in winter is much higher than those in other seasons because of larger coal consumption for heating supply.One of the effective ways to improve the atmospheric environment quality of urban area is to realize central heating which is able to reduce the amount of pollutant emission.
