| Abstract: | The function and law eaforcement foundation of environmental surpervision were described. The inner relations between environmental supervision and monitoring was revealed. In view of existing situation that environmental supervision is divorced from monitoring, taking Baiying City as example, the new approach harmonizing both relation was presented. |
