| 摘 要： | 如何说清区域环境质量状况，是一个摆在环境监测战线上工作人员面前的新课题。本文认真分析了当今环境监测工作中存在的问题，提出环境监测工作要随着形势的变化，与时俱进、开拓创新，开展区域环境质量的监测和评价工作，更好地为环境管理和经济建设服务。

| Abstract: | How to definite status of regional environment quality, it is a new question for discussion in environment monitoring fields. This paper seriously analyses existent issues of environment monitoring work nowadays, it provides that environmental monitoring work should change by request, development with ages synchronous, exploitation innovation, developing monitoring and assessment of regional environment quality, which can serve environment management and economic developments better. |
