硫化氢检测管的研制

摘    要:经过条件优化试验,研制出硫化氢检测管,其显色长度与硫化氢浓度呈线性相关,对硫化氢标气7次测定的变异系为14.6%,平均相对误差为2%,小于15%,一次测定最大相对误差为18.8%,小于25%,符合国家标准(GB7230-87)的要求,与化学法比较,2种方法测试结果无显著性差异。

Abstract:Hydrogen sulfide detector tube is developed by conditional opitimization test, its legth of color-change has linear correlation with hydrogen sulfide. The coefficient of variation of standard gas is 14.6% after seven times determination, the average relative error is 2%, lower than 15%, the maximum relative error is 18.8%, lower than 25%, which meet requirment of the national standard (GB 7230-87). The results haven't significant deviation compared with chemical method.
