断续流动法测定水中TN

摘    要:在人工消解使水中N元素转化为NO3-N的基础上,利用Bran Luebbe AutoAnalyzer 3流动分析仪NO3-N NO2-N分析模块测定水中TN,这样,既充分利用了仪器资源,又实现了大批量样品分析.实验结果显示,相对标准偏差均<2%,回收率在92.4%~106.8%之间,检出限较低,且系统运行稳定.

Abstract:Based on N element transformed NO3-N in water by manual nitration,using NO3-N+NO2-N analysis module of flowing analysis apparatus(Bran + luebbe AutoAualyzer 3) to determine TN in water,that fully uses apparatus resource and achieves analysis of mass sample.Using the method,relative deviation is under 2%,recovery ratio is between 92.4% with 106.8%,detection limit is lower,and system is jarless.
