微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收法测定小麦中钴

摘    要:利用微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收法检测小麦样品中的低含量钴,方法简单、操作便捷,测定结果精确度和准确度好。钴的线性回归方程为A=0.003303c+0.004218,测定结果的相对标准偏差为4.1%(标准样品ESP-1)和1.1%(6#小麦样品),检出限为0.005mdkg。

Abstract:Relatively low cobalt content of wheat samples were determined by Microwave digestion-graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry detection method.This method was simple and fast.It had good accuracy and precision.The operating condition in precess and specimen pretreatment method were discussed.The linear regression equation of the method for Co was A = 0.003 303c +0.004 218.The relative standard deviations were 4.1%(standard sample) and 1.1%(wheat sample 6#).The detection limit was 0.005 mg/kg.
