摘    要:建立了番茄中8-羟基喹啉铜Cu(HQ)2]的超声波辅助溶剂提取—反相离子对高效液相色谱法的残留分析方法,该方法使用XBridge C18色谱柱和可变波长紫外检测器,并以水相磷酸盐缓冲溶液—乙腈(体积比为60∶40)作流动相,流速为0.6 ml/min,检测波长为250 nm,保留时间为4.66 min。本方法的线性相关系数为0.998,回收率在76.3%~92.2%内,RSD≤5.5%。方法的检出限为0.06 mg/kg。

Abstract:Used ultrasonic assisted solvent extraction-high performance liquid chromatography RP-residue analysis method for 8-hydroxyquinoline copper Cu(HQ)2 in the tomato,which uses XBridge C18 column and a variable wavelength UV detection device,and aqueous phosphate buffer-acetonitrile(volume ratio 60∶40) as mobile phase,flow rate is 0.6 ml/min,detection wavelength is 250 nm,retention time is 4.66 min.The linear correlation coefficient is 0.998,the recovery is 76.3%~92.2%,RSD is ≤5.5%,and the detection limit is 0.06 mg/kg.
