换气式降温服的实验评价研究

摘    要:利用出汗暖体假人Walter对换气式降温服的冷却性能进行评价,通过穿着降温服前后对假人皮表温度、衣内湿度、输出功率测试数据对比,结果表明在环境温度40℃以下相对湿度55%的条件下,穿着降温服皮表温度维持在36℃,衣内相对湿度维持在60%左右,制冷量在100w~170w,能够满足工作人员从事中等体力型活动,具有很好的应用价值。

Abstract:Using the sweating manikin to take experiment valuation of cooling garment, which involves the objective index and structure function. The result shows that it can provide 100W ~170W cooling capacity, maintain the skin temperature in 36℃ and the relative humidity of underwear about 60% when the environment temperature below 40℃ and relative humidity is 55%. It is applicable to worker with medium physical work, and has good application value.
