2003年3-6月国内安全事故数据

统计了2003年3—6月国内发生的各种安全事故1141起．包括矿业事故、交通事故、爆炸事故、火灾、毒物泄露和中毒及其他事故。统计表明，在这些事故中，矿业事故最多，占69．7％，平均每天6．6事故，其次是交通事故(19．3％)、其他事故(4．5％)、爆炸事故(2．8％)、火灾(2．0％)、毒物泄露和中毒(1．8％)。1141起事故共死亡2938人，伤2180人，死亡人数的百分比分别为矿业事故49．1％、交通事故36．6％、其他事故6．6％、爆炸事故3．8％、火灾2．3％、泄露中毒1．6％；受伤人数的百分比分别为交通事故63．2％、矿业事故13．9％、泄露中毒7．7％、爆炸事故7．5％、其他事故5．7％、火灾2．1％。

STATISTICS OF INDUSTRIAL ACCIDENTS IN CHINA DURING THE PERIOD FROM MARCH TO JUNE IN 2003

The present paper reports the statistical data and analysis of industrial accidents in China during the period from March to June in 2003. There are 1 141 accidents in total, which can be summarized and classified into six categories (Tables 1~6): mining industry, traffic, explosion, leakage and poisoning, fire, and the others. Of all the 1 141 accidents, the percentages of the six categories can be illustrated according to their frequency order 69.7%, 19.3%, 2.8%, 1.8%, 2.0%, and 4.5% respectively. The total casualty is 2 938 and the percentages for the six categories are 49.1%, 36.6%, 3.8%, 1.6%, 2.3%, and 6.6% respectively. The number of the wounded is 2 180 and the percentages for the six categories are 13.9%, 63.2%, 7.5%, 7.7%, 2.1%, and 5.7% respectively. The analyses of the statistics show that the top ten provinces and cities with the highest accident number are: Sichuan(160 accidents), Hunan(139), Guizhou(127), Chongqing(88), Hebei(49), Henan(49), Fujian(47), Shaanxi(44), Jilin(43), and Guangdong(41). The top ten provinces and cities with the largest casualty number are: Guizhou(350 dead), Hunan(271), Sichuan(232), Yunan(190), Chongqing(185), Guangdong(161), Shanxi(150), Hebei(145), Anhui(139), and Shandong(134). And the top ten provinces and cities with the biggest wounded number are: Guizhou(324 wounded), Hunan(256), Guangdong(154), Zhejiang(145), Yunan(142), Fujian(128), Chongqing(102), Hebei(86), Henan(79), and Guangxi(75).
