摘    要:对三种不同的供气条件下,小球藻对CO2的固定速率进行了研究,结果表明,用鼓泡系统供气时,在CO2浓度渐增的条件下比固定CO2浓度条件下小球藻对CO2固定速率高,用旁路中空纤维组件吸收供气系统供气时,CO2的传递率高于鼓泡供气系统;这两种供气系统中小球藻的生长模式和CO2的固定率相似。

Abstract:In the present paper, a kind of chlorella named ZY-1 is cultured in three gas supply ways.(1) CO 2 is supplied by a bubbled gas system.The CO 2 concentration is increased gradually from 5%~10% per 48 hours.(2) CO 2 is supplied by a the bubbled gas system.The CO 2 concentration is held in several concentrations throughout the culture time,such as 5%,10%,15% and 20%.(3) CO 2 is supplied by a raceway-type reactor system.There are two reactors used in the system.In one reactor the CO 2 is supplied by the hollow fibre module set on a bypass.In another reactor CO 2 is supplied by direct bubbling.CO 2 fixation rates of ZY-1 are studied by cell cultured experiment in three gas supply ways.The results of the experiments are shown (Fig.3,Fig.4,Fig.5 and Fig.6).Some conclusions are obtained by the experiment results.In the bubbled gas system,when the CO 2 concentration is increased gradually,CO 2 fixation rates of ZY-1 is higher than that of CO 2 concentration being held constant,especially under a higher CO 2 concentration.In the raceway-type reactor system the growth pattern of ZY-1 is similar to the one of bubbled gas supply system.The CO 2 fixation rates of ZY-1 are very similar too.But in the raceway-type reactor system,the dissolved oxygen concentration is always lower than that of bubbled gas supply system.This is very important to chlorella culture especially in the closed system.
