摘    要:本采用粗制TNT代替军工TNT应用于工业炸药中,不仅可减少环境的污染,而且可提高生产安全性。实验证明由粗制TNT制成的炸药,其性能可满足使用要求。

Abstract:A new type of industrial explosive is made to solve the problems of safety and pollution in the production of industrial explosives containing AN and trinitrotoluene. The AN and wood powder,the essential ingradients, and raw TNT which replaces the refined TNT are used in the preparation. The new technology which the AN and molten raw TNT are mixed in the vacuum is adapted for the manufacture.The detonation transmission distance (DTD) of the new formula (Al and A2) is measured,and compared with the explosives containing AN, trinitrotoluene and ANFO and the rock expanded AN explosive (Tabel 1) . The results show that the detonation transmission distance of the new formula (DTD=12 cm for Al and 15 cm for A2) is longer than the ANFO (DTD=5 cm) and rock expanded AN explosives (DTD = 9 cm),and equals to the explosives containing AN and trinitrotoluene (DTD = 14 cm). The DTD values of the new formula for different content of raw TNT is listed in Table 2. The integral capability is available to use. The results show that the raw TNT can be applied in industrial explosives. Raw TNT is cheaper than purified TNT in preparation of industrial explosives. Environment pollution can be decreased, which appears in the production of refined TNT. The molten raw TNT and AN are mixed in the vacuum, which can decrease the danger of the dust and steam, and prevent the hidden trouble of hazard in the production of crushing TNT, and improve the working situation and the safety of production.
