天然气集输站泄漏监控系统研究

摘    要:为克服目前天然气集输站站控系统存在的主要技术问题,探讨了建立泄漏监控安全系统的技术要求.该系统应用负压波检漏技术、模式识别技术和虚拟仪器技术,实现了.对天然气泄漏的信号检测、处理、传输和实时动态显示等.借助于这些技术开发的天然气泄漏监控系统,具有数据处理准确可靠,精度高,误报率低等特点.通过该系统,可以及时获取相关参数和信息,实现早期预警,降低天然气泄漏的事故风险.

Abstract:The present research aims to introduce the authors' development of the leakage supervision system for the natural gas stations. The system is designed by means of the negative pressure wave technology, the pattern recognition technology and the virtual instrumentation technology. Performing the procedures of leakage accident examination, processing, delivering, and manifestation from the leak signal of the stations, we have adopted the negative pressure wave technology, the technology which carries on a mutation processing to the number of the pressure wave according to the segment's total amount calculating way, and give the experimental example which has original wave forms and the representation of the processing forms. As is known, to insure the safety operation of the natural gas stations, it is necessary to develop a system structurally independent in doing SCADA supervision and make the process control and the safety control working separately. That is to say, the pattern recognition technology should be made to deal with the constitution of the misty mode identification and provide sample application examples. At the same time, the virtual instrumentation technology deals with the constitution of the leak system and the working principles, while taking pressure signals as an example to introduce the collection of the signals and the operation procedures. It is also a critical technical measure to guarantee the safety manipulation of the stations' production and prevent or guard against the leaking accidents. Since such supervision systems are featured with high accuracy and dependability, low misinformation rate in data processing, the operators of such systems are expected to get correlated parameters and information in time and perform forepart early-warning so as to be able to reduce the risks of any natural gas leaking hazards.
