摘    要:连续运行浸没式MBR,探讨了膜阻力的组成,利用扫描电镜技术观察了膜的污染特征,并考察了不同清洗方式的清洗效果,确定了清洗方案.研究表明,膜自身固有阻力Rm与总阻力R之比为40.7%,膜孔堵塞和吸附阻力Rb的贡献Rb/R=33.0%,泥饼层阻力Rc的贡献为26.3%;水力清洗对膜比通量的恢复能力较低,化学清洗与超声清洗相结合的效果更佳.最佳膜清洗方案为,先对污染膜进行水力清洗,再进行化学清洗,化学清洗的组合为HCl NaCIO,然后用超声波清洗,能使膜通量恢复90%以上.

Abstract:This paper aims to introduce our investigation of the membrane resistance and our research into the optimal cleaning methods. First of all, the investigation was done with the characteristic features of the membrane fouling and cleaning effects by using different cleaning methods through running submerged MBR and electron-microscopic scanning technology. The results of our investigation show that R_m/R=40.7%, R_b/R= 33.0% and R_c/R=26.3%. To be exact, hydraulic cleaning has little effect on the recovery of the membrane permeability whereas the combination of ultrasonic cleaning and chemical cleaning are better than the conventional methods of chemical cleaning. Thus, the results of our investigation indicate that the optimal membrane cleaning should be done in two steps: first of all, hydraulic cleaning is to be used, then, the chemical cleaning is followed. In doing so, over 90% of the membrane permeability can be recovered if chemical cleaning can be done with HCl + NaClO and ultrasonic cleaning and then proceeded by physical and chemical cleaning.
