摘    要:用煤灰渣加入活性组分复合成催化剂、H2O2作为氧化剂的高级催化氧化法降解4BS模拟染料废水.结果表明,高级催化氧化法可以有效降解4BS.当pH=4、H2O2投加量为0.46 mL/L、反应100 min时,脱色率达98%,同时COD去除率可达83%以上.催化剂运转时间累计达到500 h,脱色率和COD去除率分别保持为98%和83%,未发现有活性下降现象.本研究为染料废水的处理提供了一种经济有效的方法.

Abstract:This article intends to present a newly developed catalyst which can immobilize the active substances in cinder. For this purpose, it has investigated the degradation of 4BS by using advanced catalytic oxidation method (ACOM). The results of our investigation indicate that ACOM can be made highly proficient in catalytically oxidizing 4BS. On the condition that the reaction time is 1 min, pH will be 4, and H_2O_2 amount will be 0.20 mL/L, with the COD removal rate of 4BS being made as high as 98%. However, when the reaction time is 100 min, the removal rate of COD could just reach 83%, and pH=4, and H_2O_2 amount, 0.46 mL/L. To be exact, cinder was used as carrier and FeSO_4, MnO_2, Al_2O_3 and SiO_2 added as the stimulator, which is not only highly active but also is a kind of cheap raw material. When ACOM is correlated, it can be made to provide the direction of the practical treatment of such deep color dye effluents. On the condition that the accumulated run time of catalyst comes to 500 h, the COD removal rate and color removal rate can respectively be kept at the rates of 83% and 98% with no degradation of activeness. Thus, as the result of this investigation, the developed catalyst is in power to provide an economic and efficient method for the disposal of dyestuff wastewater.
