油罐中油气爆炸规律研究

摘    要:建立了油料储罐油气爆炸模拟实验系统,并在模拟实验的基础上,分析了不同因素对爆炸压力的影响及爆炸产物的分布规律.结果表明,油气浓度、罐内初始温度等对油罐油气混合物爆炸过程有重要影响,且存在临界油气浓度(2.5%)及临界初始温度(306 K),在临界值下,油气爆炸最为剧烈.当油气浓度小于临界浓度时,爆炸产物中CO2浓度高于CO浓度,而大于临界浓度时,爆炸产物中CO2浓度小于CO浓度.本研究可为油料储罐油气爆炸灾害事故的防治及安全规程的制定提供参考.

Abstract:The present paper is aimed at introducing our study of the regularity of the likely oil-gas mixture explosion in a simulated fuel tank and the corresponding influential factors as well as the trends of pressure leading to the explosion. For our research purpose, we have founded a simulation experimental system of oil-gas mixture explosion in the tank. On the basis of the simulated experiment, we have made a profound analysis of the influential trends of the pressure and the distribution of the likely-to-be exploded products. The results of our simulated experiments have shown that the oil vapor-gas concentration and initial temperature have an important effect on the explosion process. Critical oil-vapor concentration (2.5%) and critical initial temperature (306 K) are also detected, at which the would-be explosion should be most violent. However, if the oil-vapor concentration lowers than the critical concentration, the CO2 concentration would be higher than the CO concentration within the explosion product. On the contrary, if the oil-vapor concentration gets lower than the value, CO2 concentration would be lower than the concentration of CO. Thus, it can be seen that this paper has provided useful and necessary information for unexpected explosion accidents to take place to give warning and timely notice for the users to be able to establish their safety measures.
