摘    要:以白音华三号露天煤矿为例,研究了基于绿色开采条件下的露天煤矿土地动态演化规律。根据绿色开采中土地占用面积最优化及破坏土地尽早恢复的原则,建立了白音华三号露天煤矿地质模型、采矿模型等,研究了采场形态与采矿时间的动态变化关系;建立了内排土场排土模型,充分利用内排空间是减小运输成本与征地费用的重要途径,优化了内排土场发展过程边坡形态及排土容量;通过合理规划采、排计划,达到了绿色开采原则指导下的边开采边恢复土地的目的,既解决了露天矿合理征地问题,又解决了露天开采带来的生态恢复问题。

Abstract:The paper is devoted to a study of the land dynamic evolutionary law of the open-pit coal mine based on the condition of the green mining background by taking Baiyinhua No. 3 Open-pit Coal Mine as a case study sample. For the said purpose,we have attempted to establish a geological model and the mining model to optimize the said open-pit coal mine by using a 3-D mining software according to the principle of making the area and reclaiming the broken land pieces as early as possible on the condition of green mining and the dynamically varying relationship between the stope shape and the elapse of the mining process. At the same time,we have also established an internal dump model via the same software,so as to make full use of the internal dumping space to reduce the transportation cost and increase the land-use profitability so as to optimize the slope form and the capacity of the internal dump space. In so doing,we have also achieved the goal of reclaiming the broken land pieces under the guide of the green mining principle. As a result,reasonable and rational planning of the mining and dumping space has enabled us to solves successfully the problem of reasonable land preservation and ecological restoration of the open-pit coal mine. What is more, we have also gained comprehensive benefits of the dynamic planning of the mine through the analysis and summary of the economic,social and ecological benefits of the dynamic program. Thus,it can be concluded that rational planning of the mining and dumping space from what we have done with the mine can provide a scientific reference to the realization of green mining for the similar open-pit coal mines.
