| 摘 要： | 简要统计了2003年1—4月国内发生的各种环境事件48件，包括沙尘天气(11件)、污染事件(17件)、山体滑坡和泥石流(4件)、地震(5件)以及其他自然灾害(11件)。最后对沙尘天气和污染问题进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | The present paper summarizes the major environmental accidents in China during the period from January to april the year 2003. These accidents are classified into five categories (Tables 1~5), i.e. dust storm, pollution accidents, landslide and mud rock flow, earthquake as well as natural calamities. Total 11, 17, 4, 5, and 11 major events are reported with their detailed statistics on the casualty, places, and the nature of the accidents respectively. Causes are also listed which actually led to the 48 events. In addition, discussions are also extended at the end of the paper, on the dust storm, air pollution, river pollution as well as the effect of pollution on agricultural environment. |
