废旧家电的环境污染问题与对策

大量的废旧家电对环境造成了严重的威胁，特别在目前我国废旧家电的处置技术，管理方式和相应法规都不完善的情况下，废旧家电的环境污染问题更加严重，在欧美地区，一些国家已制定了相应的法规，采取了一些有效的措施，取得了不少经验，在研究了这些国外的经验和措施后，本对我国的废旧家电污染问题提出了相应的防治对策和建议。

PROBLEMS WITH AND COUNTERMEASURES AGAINST ENVIRONMENTAL POLLUTION CAUSED BY THE CAST-AWAY HOME APPLIANCE

Based on its study of research findings and measures taken to prevent environment pollution caused by the cast-away home appliances in the west developed countries, the present paper puts forward a set of suggestions on the future policy-making and actual prevention of such pollution. As it can be seen, large quantities of cast-away home appliances have seriously threatened our environment. For the time being, technologies about how to dispose of cast-away home appliances and the corresponding methods have not yet been made in our country, while in the European and North America, the problem has been taken seriously and corresponding laws have been made with proper measures adopted. Their experience and measures on preventing and treating contamination have been thoroughly studied while taking into full consideration of our own conditions. Therefore, it is expected that our suggestion may receive due attention so as to be able to help to strengthen the legislation of the cast-away home appliances management.
