富勒烯甘氨酸铜盐的制备及表征

摘    要:以富勒烯和甘氨酸为原料合成富勒烯甘氨酸,再与硝酸铜反应得到富勒烯甘氨酸铜盐。通过单因素方法探讨了反应温度、反应时间、反应物物料比对目标物富勒烯甘氨酸铜盐中铜质量分数的影响。获得最佳工艺条件为:富勒烯甘氨酸和硝酸铜的摩尔比1∶5,反应时间2.0 h,反应温度35℃。此时富勒烯甘氨酸铜盐中铜质量分数为17.8%。同时用FT-IR、MS、元素分析及原子吸收等方法表征了产物的结构。用差热仪测试了富勒烯甘氨酸铜盐的热稳定性,表明产物具有良好的热稳定性。

Abstract:This paper is aimed to present a method of preparing and characterizing fullerene-glycine copper by us in hoping to reveal a new catalytic performance of modified double-base propellant to be used for solid rockets,which can provide not only carbon material-C60 but also a kind of metal salt—the copper salt.According to the corresponding reports,C60 can help to enhance the burning rate of double-based propellants,broaden the plateau region and lower the concentration of NOx in the gas products.On the other hand,copper salt is favorable for RDX-CMDB propellant combustion.For the above reasons,we have done experiments with fullerene-glycine preparation with fullerene and glycine,and,then,from fullerene-glycine to copper nitrate so as to prepare what we need(fullerene-glycine copper salt under the weak base condition(with pH being about 8).Furthermore,we have studied the factors affecting the copper ratio in the fullerene-glycine copper salt under the weak base condition(pH value is about 8) with the single factor method,such as the reaction time,the reaction temperature and the proportion of the raw materials of fullerene-glycine and copper nitrate.The results of our investigation show that the optimal synthetic condition with the copper ingredient of 17.8% in product fullerene-glycine copper salt is: 5:1 of molar ratio of copper nitrate and fullerene-glycine,35 ℃ of reaction temperature,and 2.0 h of reaction time.And,finally,the samples we have gained were put into analysis and determination by Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrometer,mass spectroscopy,atomic absorption spectrophotometry and so on.The thermal stability of fullerene-glycine copper salt by DTA,shows that fullerene-glycine copper salt enjoys very nice thermal stability.
