摘    要:采用UF&RO膜组合工艺制取纯水,考察各项操作条件对系统效率的影响。结果表明,自来水经UF&RO膜组合工艺装置的出水满足试验纯水水质要求。对于UF系统,冲洗频率、过滤方式和操作压力均影响系统的制水效率。冲洗频率越大,制水效率越高;各种过滤方式中,死端过滤效率最高;在一定范围内,操作压力升高,制水效率反而下降。对于RO系统,应根据出水水质要求,选择合适的回收率和操作压力。

Abstract:The paper aims to present the authors' study of the effects of different operation conditions on pure water production efficiency by applying UF & RO system. The results of our study have shown that the effluent water of UF & RO can meet the pure water standard. As for the UF, the optimization of the frequency of physical washing, the filtration mode and the operation pressure can help to improve the system efficiency. The more the frequency of physical washing is used, the higher efficiency of producing pure water is received. Dead-end filtration mode is the most effective. In the certain scope, the higher pressure is exerted, the lower efficiency of producing pure water is gained. As for the RO, the recycle rate and the operation pressure should be optimized according to the standard of the effluent water.
