摘    要:本简要介绍了重大危险源普查技术方法和北京、上海等6城市重大危险源普查结果。论述了重大事故预防控制体系要素,包括重大危险源普查(辨识)、评价、安全管理、应急计划、安全规划、安全监察,GIS网络监控系统等。

Abstract:The present paper aims to introduce methods available to major hazards identification based on its own surrey results over the six Chinese cities, i. e. Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Qingdao, Shenzhen and Chengdu. Seeing the disasters caused by fires, explosions and the release of toxic substances, the prevention and control of such hazards have become a general concern of the public and therefore comes the urgent need to build a well-designed prevention and fighting system against such disasters. The present author's investigations have summarized major industrial accidents to be prevented and controlled as hazard identification, safety classification and assessment, safety report and management, emergency plan, safety setting, inspection and GIS-based accident prevention and relieving systems.
