摘    要:简述了常见密度在线检测方法,提出了一种采用数字称重技术间接在线测量炸药密度的新方法,建立了乳化炸药密度数字在线检测与控制系统,包括系统硬件电路的设计、硬件和电气线路的安装,以及软件程序连接和调试.研究表明,样品质量与检测系统的数字输出存在良好的线性关系,测量精度满足要求.因此,该系统可实现乳化炸药密度的在线实时测定,同时还可通过PLC实现敏化效果的自动反馈与调控,从而保证乳化炸药的敏化效果和产品质量.

Abstract:This paper is inclined to introduce a new method proposed by its author for indirect measurement of the density of emulsion explosives by means of digital weighing. As a matter of fact, in recent years, with the increase of production efficiency and quality heightening of the emulsion explosives, due to the improvement of automatic and continuous production and strengthening control of production procedures, the quality of emulsion explosives has been greatly enhanced. However, there still exist problems with on-line density measurement, for example, the density of the explosives remains to be measured off-line for the time being, which seems far lagged behind the current production quality control level. Moreover, off-line measurement is also prone to lead re-forming or end-of-life of some products. To solve this problem, we have developed a technological system for detecting and controlling the density of emulsion explosives with a hardware circuit designed. To ensure its successful application, we have firmly installed, electronically connected and improved on the software program with the trouble-shooting or debug devices. A comprehensive and integrated calibration and examination of the system shows that there exists a linear relationship between the mass product and the digital output of the system with an error probability between density value measured and the real density is no more than 1%, which is regarded in conformity of the accuracy demand. The system proposed by the authors can be placed at the outlet of the emulsion explosives mixer. In practical application, the system would promptly give its warning signal in case if the density fails to meet the demand, larger or smaller than the size to be expected. In that case, the motor speed can be expected to alter automatically. In so doing, the system proposed is expected to perform its duty in measuring and controlling of the density for emulsion explosives perfectly as to ensure the quality of the product.
