摘    要:对某弹药库的设计方案进行了安全分析,得到了弹药爆炸时的空气冲击波、振动、飞石等作用的安全距离及相邻库房殉爆的可能性.给出了对原设计方案的改进意见和改进后的安全距离.

Abstract:The present paper analyzes the effects upon the magazine of vibration, air shock wave and flying stone produced by an explosion. The analysis includes the study of the safety distances for the magazines. The vertical vibration frequencies at different distances from the explosion center are calculated, using experimental formulas, for an underground magazine explosion blast. The distribution of shock wave pressures in air is obtained from computer simulations. These results show that the residential area near the magazine is dangerous, and that the house will be damaged, if a magazine explosion occurs. It is found that the vertical vibration is very violent, causing the adjacent magazine to be destroyed. When the safety vibration velocities are of different magnitudes, the safe distances can be calculated. The distribution of overpressures in air, from shock waves, is also determined according to empirical formulas. The possibility of sympathetic detonation of the neighboring magazine is analyzed. The results of the analysis are that sympathetic detonation will not occur. The process of magazine destruction is simulated by the LS-DYNA3D code, and the details of the calculation process are provided. The velocity histories of the key locations, the displacement of the concrete, and the soil, etc., are obtained from the computations. These computations show that the maximum flight distance of concrete is less than 42 meters. National safety regulations for air shock wave distances are not met when the magazine explodes. The improved design is provided, finally. The storeroom is divided into six parts in which the warheads cannot explode at the same time. In this case, the effects of vibration, the destruction range of the air shock wave, and the flight distance of concrete will be efficiently reduced, creating safety distances that are large enough to meet the requirement.
