白酒厂类火灾高危单位消防安全评估及应用

白酒厂属于典型的甲乙类火灾高危单位,具有火灾风险高、火灾扑救难度大、火灾造成伤亡大等特点。以白酒厂类火灾高危单位为研究对象,针对酒厂酒库、原酒车间、成品库、包装车间、包装材料库、办公楼等重点部位,通过深入调研,采用安全检查表法分析某白酒厂存在的火灾安全隐患及安全管理的薄弱环节,用层次分析法建立了该白酒厂的消防安全评估指标体系,主要包括建筑火灾风险、消防救援力量和消防给水几个方面。采用专家打分法赋予评估指标权重,并根据风险等级划分得出该酒厂的整体火灾风险评估等级,进而评判该酒厂的安全状况,针对存在的火灾隐患及薄弱环节采取有针对性的预防措施和有重点的整改管理,保障其安全生产。

On the fire-risk safety evaluation and its application in the hard-liquor factories

The paper is inclined to identify and analyze the fire hazards and propose a safety management countermeasures in accordance with the characteristics of high fire risk hazard of the hard-liquor factories.Taking the fire risk unit as a research object liquor factories,mainly for storehouses,wine shop,product room,packaging workshop,packaging materials database office buildings and other key parts,and it has important significance for preventing fire,reducing economic losses and casualties of high fire risk unit in liquor factory belongs to the high fire risk unit of typical class A and B,with the characteristics of high fire risk,great difficult rescue and large casualties caused by fire.So,by means of the in-depth investigation in this paper,on basis of characteristics and risk of the building,we analyze the potential fire safety hazard and safety management weakness in one wine factory using the method of safety check list.And we also apply the AHP to establish the index system of fire safety assessment and fire safety management based on the wine factory.Fire safety assessment index system mainly include building fire risk,fire rescue forces and fire water supply system,while fire safety management index system include daily management,emergency system and education,electric equipment and gas management.Moreover,the paper give the weight value corresponding to the index system using the expert scoring method,and we obtain the overall fire risk of the wine factory according to the level of fire risk,and then judge the safety status of the assessment object,and take preventive safety countermeasures to prevent fire accidents.This paper is mainly to evaluate the fire hazard and the weakness of safety management of key parts from the angle of preventing and controlling fire hazard,and provides a technical support for fire safety management in the liquor factories.
