基于网络流理论的矿井通风网络可靠性研究

摘    要:矿井通风网络是通风系统的重要组成部分,对其进行可靠性研究具有非常重要的意义。针对矿井通风网络系统的自身属性,结合网络流理论建立了通风网络可靠性评价模型。对各风路的风量进行动态实时监测,并运用统计学方法分析了风网中风流的变化趋势及风量分布规律,得到了通风系统中任一风路风量的分布密度函数,进而推导出各风路的可靠性指标值。运用简化的邻接终点矩阵法求解通风网络最小路集并基于MATLAB编程实现此算法。提出了一种简化的不交化最小路集算法:对于任一长度为m-1的最小路,只需在其中添加n-m+1条该最小路中不出现的分支的逆,就可直接获得不交化结果,其余最小路采用BDD算法进行不交化运算。通过以上方法可量化分析通风网络的可靠性。最后通过实例解算检验其可行性。

Abstract:The present paper is devoted to a study of the reliability of the mining ventilation network based on the network operation theory.Actually,the reliability of such ventilation network should be considered as one of the key subsystems in the mine ventilation system.For this purpose,we have established a reliability evaluation model of ventilation network by joining the Network Flow theory with the actual characteristic features of the said system.And,then,we have also done dynamical monitoring activities in the real time and conducted the measurements of the air volume of every wind path and analyzed the variation trends of the air flow and distribution regularity of the air volume with the statistical method,thus,thus deciding and determining the air volume distribution density and function of each wind path in the system so as to infer the reliability index values of all the wind paths.Furthermore,we have developed and proposed a simplified adjacent terminal matrix by using the disjointed minimal path set of the network system and encoding it into the MATLAB program.Hence,based on the disjoint theory and the BDD algorithm,we have managed to improve on the minimal path set with different path lengths whereas the algorithm has been presented to build up the disjointed minimal paths in a simplified way in which different disjoint methods can be adopted.And,so,first of all,minimal paths of length should be disjointed so as for them not to be involved in the subsequent calculations and in turn to reduce effectively the amount of computation.Next,the rest of the minimal paths should also be disjointed by the BDD algorithm.Therefore,finally,it is necessary to further analyze the equivalent ventilation network diagram of a mining area in a lead-zinc mine in Hunan and prove the feasibility of the given study by accounting for the data and results.When compared with the traditional BDD algorithm which has to make all the minimal paths disjointed,the renovated method under study is in a position to solve the problem of huge amounts of operational research items involved,we have merely to apply the method to work out the quantitative analysis reliability of the ventilation network.The fewer tree branches in BDD diagram are involved with,the fewer items are involved too in the logic function expression and the ventilation network system,the greater the gap of the items can be seen.Thus,it can be seen that the method we have developed is qualified enough to serve as an appropriate reference to the assessment of the ventilation network system for the ordinary mines.
