摘    要:为缓解我国目前飞行流量日渐增加、空域紧张等情况,提出了一种系统评估航空器雷达间隔的新方法。首先,介绍了雷达间隔研究所使用的基准系统比较法,给出了分析方法和评估流程;其次,在综合考虑影响飞行安全各种因素的基础上,利用近距离危险接近概率(CAP)模型和基准系统比较法,建立了航空器间的雷达间隔评估模型,可对航空器飞行安全进行量化分析评估;最后,利用统计学知识和实测数据对该方法进行对比验证。结果表明:1)不同精度的雷达与雷达安全间隔密切相关,直接影响空中交通流量和航空器的运行效率;2)对于普通二次雷达,N-N模型更能反映雷达角度误差的分布情况;3)当雷达间隔为5 n mile时,危险进近概率为1.382 1×10-11,用精度更低(雷达角度误差为0.138 13)的雷达替换时,为保证航空器飞行安全,雷达间隔应增大到5.3 n mile;4)使用高精度雷达进行管制指挥和监控,可提高飞行流量,缓解航班延误,提升管制效率。

Abstract:This paper has made its primary introduction to the relationship among the airspace sphere and the mutual distance of the radar installation based on the study of the fundamental theory and the method analysis for the aircraft flying interspaced control.As a matter of fact,the air traffic distribution has been becoming a serious problem with the steady growth of the civil aviation activities.In hoping to improve the currently existing traffic road distribution status-in-situ,we would like to propose an evaluation and analysis method for the radar separation of the aircraft and helicopters based on the reference system comparison.In order to explore the likely risks of the aircraft collision,we would like to develop a close approach probability (CAP) concept,which can be taken as a distribution model and a brand-new evaluation method for predicting the maximum likelihood for radar angle errors.The model of CAP can also be used to work out the radar separation and the aircraft separation in the air,which is in the position to quantify and determine the aircraft safety factors.As a result,it can work out the collision risk probability rate based on the radar discrimination and identification capability.For example,in the event of the radar accuracy modification,the CAP system can provide the best radar separation setting,which can ensure the flight safety.And,finally,the model can be tested and evaluated by means of the comparative validation.Thus,somewhere in China's southwest,we have collected the angular error data on the theoretical basis and regulated them via two in-service radar sets,though the work has still been done in the trial test and verification stage.Furthermore,for the time being,experiments have also been conducted in the Micro-cal Origin data analysis and software simulation stage.The results of the simulation indicate that:(1) The radar safety separation tends to be highly related to the radar accuracy,which may directly influence the air traffic flow and the aircraft operational efficiency;(2) For ordinary secondary radars,N-N model can help them to represent the angle errors distribution more successfully;(3) In case of 5 n mile of radar separation and 1.382 1 × 10-11 of the close approach probability,if a radar can be replaced by a lower precision one (with the radar angle error being 0.138 13°),its separation should be increased to 5.3 n miles;(4) It is crucial to adopt the high-precision radar for the air traffic control management,which can increase the traffic flow and maintain the safety standards as they are demanded.
