非离子表面活性剂对土壤中甲基对硫磷的增溶、洗脱及其在土壤中的吸附

摘    要:探讨了3种非离子表面活性剂Brij30、Brij35和Tween80溶液对水溶液中甲基对硫磷的增溶作用,对土壤中甲基对硫磷的洗脱作用以及土壤对3种非离子表面活性剂的吸附作用.增溶实验结果表明,3种非离子表面活性剂在水溶液中均对甲基对硫磷有较好的增溶作用,而且无论在临界胶束浓度前或后,表面活性剂对甲基对硫磷的增溶顺序均为:Tween80,Brij30和Brij35.淋洗实验结果表明,3种非离子表面活性剂对土壤中甲基对硫磷的去除效果不如蒸馏水好,而且实验土壤对3种非离子表面活性剂均有较强的吸附作用.这种吸附作用对土壤中甲基对硫磷的去除有严重不利影响.

Abstract:This paper has provided an investigation with the effect of the three nonionic surfactants(Brij30,Brij35,and Tween80)on the solubilization of methyl parathion.The authors have also studied the effect of the three nonionic surfactants on the elution of methyl-parathion in the soil,the effect of soil adsorption of the three nonionic surfactants,The sample soil the paper adopted in the given research was taken from the young tea garden.And the concentrations of the nonionic surfactants adopted here range from below and above the critical average concentration(CAC).To make the investigation more effective,the authors have adopted the Shake-flask method and column washing method to determine the solubilization and removal efficiency of methyl parathion.The results of the solubilization experiment indicate that the solubility of methyl parathion in water could be greatly enhanced by each of Brij30,Brij35,and Tween80,and the sequence of water solubility enhancing of methyl-parathion is Tween80,Brij30 and Brij35 both above and below CAC.The leaching experiments also indicate that the elution efficiency of methyl parathion from the soil by the above surfactants are lower than distilled water.At the same time,the soil proves to absorb the surfactants stronger,thus leading to serious disadvantages in removing the methyl-parathion in it.
