固定化生物活性炭纤维处理洗浴废水的研究

摘    要:采用混凝-砂滤-固定化生物活性炭纤维的组合处理工艺来处理洗浴废水.利用聚合氯化铝和聚丙烯酰胺为混凝剂对废水进行混凝处理,之后将废水通入砂滤柱,废水在曝气池进行曝气后进入固定化生物活性炭纤维(IBACF)单元.IBACF固定化完成后,连续运行30 d,去除率稳定之后,处理后的浊度、LAS、S0D_(Mn)平均值分别为2.2NTU、0.12 mg·L~(-1)、2.33 mg·L~(-1),平均去除率分别为95.2%、94.7%、84.8%.经处理后的洗浴废水各项指标均可以达到生活饮用水卫生标准或城市供水水质标准,可以直接回用于洗浴用水和其他生活杂用水.

Abstract:The paper is aimed to introduce an economic method for treating bath sewage by using a immobilized biologically activated carben fiber(IBACF) technology. Specifically speaking, the above said sewage is supposed to be disposed by means of coagulation-sand filtration-IBACF technology as a coagulating agent(PAC and PAM) and letting it pass through the sand filtration pretreatment. In so doing,the bath sewage is let to pass the aeration basin and then enter the IBACF column. The conditions needed to finish the process can be shown as follows: 30 rain is needed to HBT of IBACF whereas the height of IBACF should be 50 cm with DO of the sewage being 3 - 5rag· L~(-1). The results of our experiments show that the average value of turbidity, LAS and COD_(Mn) in the sewage are 2.2 NTU, 0.12 mg.·L~(-1)and 2.33 mg· L~(-1), respectively, after the bath sewage is disposed. The average removing rates of turbidity, LAS and COD_(Mn )are 95.2%, 94.7% and 84.8% respeetively. Thus, the method proves feasible and the coagulation-sand ltration-IBACF technology can be made effective to dispose such sewage. What is more, the indexes mentioned above prove to come up to the hygienic standard for domestic drinking water or water quality standards for the urban water supply, and thus can be reused as bath water or miscellaneous domestic water.
